Peristaltic Chemical Feed Pumps

Neles (Flowrox) packaged chemical feed systems are engineered pump units equipped with site connections to ensure ease of installation and start-up on site. They include Neles (Flowrox) peristaltic metering pumps, and containment skids with integral piping, valves, and fittings for a wide range of applications. Peristaltic hose pumps are specifically designed for demanding chemical feed applications involving abrasive, corrosive, and highly viscous chemicals.

Hose Pumps

Neles (Flowrox) hose pumps reliably handle thick and abrasive sludge and lime slurries, making them ideal for pumping primary or thickened sludge. Pinch Valves and Slurry Knife Gate Valves

Neles (Flowrox) provides pinch and slurry knife gate valves for flow control. Pinch valves can be either used for shut off (also known as isolation) or control. Every Neles (Flowrox) valve is fit for the most demanding applications in which conventional valves encounter problems with wear due to increased turbulence. When the controlled flow is abrasive, it is a big advantage to have only one, wear resistant, valve part in contact with the medium. The need for maintenance and spare parts is reduced.
